All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth. Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older or have consent from a legal guardian.

Information provided during sessions should not be used as a substitute for medical advice.  Always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the session is at the client’s discretion and risk. Kelley Thompson can not be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested on third party websites.

You are responsible for the time and date of your session.

If you are late for the session we will do our best to honor your time but sadly cannot guarantee there will be opportunity to go over the time allocated for your session if there are other scheduled commitments.

If you feel the session is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have every right to call it to an end. We invite you to communicate this within the first 15-20 minutes of the session and a full refund will be offered. If you do not say anything within this time, a refund will not be offered at a later time.

TRAINING & FITNESS POLICIES

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. Due to the personal nature and inherent risks of training, all participants are required to review and sign our Liability Release & Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Digital Goods will be delivered via email and electronic download. Due to the nature of personal readings and report generation, turnaround time of digital content will depend on the product.

Refunds & Cancellations
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods purchases.
Consultations: Consultations are offered to ensure products purchased align to expectations, sensitivities, and preferences. Consultations are non-refundable.
